為什麼我對這牌子特別著迷？
因為他十分好用，價廉物美，
很容易用他的產品塑造到韓式妝容！
今日要同大家分享就係他的cream eyeshadow!

you will surely discovered that I am currently in love with a korean cosmetic brand-3 concept eyes(3ce)
Why am I so obsessed with this brand?
It's because it had a really high quality yet cheap price.
By using their products you can easily create a korean look.
Today I am going to do a review on their cream eyeshadow.

今次同大家分享的色號是 ＃smoky grey
#Smoky grey 這個顏色非常特別，
當你霎眼看會以為是銀灰色，
但當仔細看及把產品塗出來的時候其實他不只是灰銀色，
內面還有金色的閃粉，
為這冷艷的顏色作出了調和的作用！
The color I am going to share today is shade #smoky grey,
it is actually a magnificent color!
At a first glance you will think it's only a silver grey color,
but once you apply it on you will discovered that there a bits of gold shimmer in it,
which add warmth to the cool grey color.

也會變成不同的顏色！
The color of the eyeshadow changes under different lighting.
防水能力亦很強！
這個是被水沖過後的效果
顏色仍然清楚可見！
It is super water proof!
the color still stay on my hand after I rinse my hand with water.
總括來說
很好用！
質地一點也不厚
顏色十分突出！
非常適合怕化妝化深色眼影會飛粉的美眉^3^
而且cream eyeshadow除了可當眼影用
還可以當作primer使用
減低化smokey eyes嘅時候會出現熊貓眼！
因為啲cream會爪住啲粉！

用上了3ce的cream shadow & lip lacquer!
In conclusion it is a outstanding product,
it is waterproof,pigmented,reasonable pricing!
Moreover,
you can also use it as a primer,
to use it as a base when you do our smoky eyes makeup!
As the cream will grab on to the powder eye shadow so it wont flake that easily!
